Preparation:
Our exterior painting begins with preparation.
Exterior surfaces
to be painted are first pressure-washed, with a mild bleach solution,
to remove mildew and dirt and prepare the surface for painting.
Caulking: Where required,
old caulking is removed and new caulking installed. We use a 40-year elastomeric
caulk to provide protection. Caulking is especially important around windows
and doors--to prevent water from rotting them.
Glazing: We removed and replace bad window glazing.
Minor Carpentry: We can perform some minor repair, such as replacing brick
molding. In the event more significant repair is required, we can refer
you to a reputable remodeler.
